Our operating charter
The way we work is built on transparency and mutual trust, so that each supplier relationship holds over the long term. Here is exactly how that works in practice.
What we buy back
- All used printing equipment, including units that no longer work: copiers, printers, plotters, MFPs and consumables
- Interactive whiteboards
- All brands — Canon, Ricoh, Kyocera, HP, Konica, Sharp, Xerox, Toshiba, Samsung, Epson and others
- Other electronic equipment where there is mutual interest
How we value your equipment
Whichever suits you, we can either bid against other buyers on a list of equipment, or work from a price grid revised every quarter.
Our prices apply to machines that are working — they power on and produce a copy — and complete, with no missing part or consumable. Units that do not meet these two conditions are bought back at a reduced value, or at no value.
How often we collect
We are looking for a regular monthly rhythm, but we adapt to yours.
The closer a batch is to a multiple of 32 A3 machines, the better it fills one crate on our carrier’s truck, and the more the transport cost is absorbed.
Collection and transport
Our carrier specialises in handling fragile equipment, so that transport does not damage your machines. They collect anywhere in France within eight days, and within a few days in the south-west. Collections outside the south-west usually run on Thursday or Friday and reach our warehouse on Monday morning.
They can also collect machines directly from your own customers and bring them to our warehouse for storage. In that case we step in for your logistics provider, and we send you a detailed report of everything we receive so you can close out the contracts you hold with those customers.
What happens to your machines
Once delivered to our 1,000 m² warehouse in Doazit, we:
- plug each machine into mains power
- run a test copy
- read the print counters
- record the wear on consumables
- record the external condition
Machines that pass go into stock, ready for export. The test sheet and counter reading are left on the scanner glass as evidence of wear and testing, in case of an export inspection — exporting equipment that does not work is prohibited.
Machines that fail go to the workshop for repair and return to stock once fixed. Those that cannot be repaired are kept as a source of spare parts.
Once testing is complete, we send you a report for every machine, listing any unrepairable faults we found.
Where your machines are sold ?
Unlike every other broker we know of, we never sell your machines in France. You should not end up competing against the equipment you sold us. At a time when refurbished equipment is in strong demand, not least from public bodies, that risk is real — and we guarantee we will never be the cause of it.
Every machine we handle is exported, without exception: from Eastern Europe to Africa, Asia and Latin America. Depending on your market constraints and your commercial strategy, we narrow the list of countries your machines may be sold into. On request, you get access to our database to verify that we are respecting those limits.
Payment
Here again we adapt to your constraints. Our preference is payment at 45 days, by bank transfer or by accepted or non-accepted bill of exchange.
Ready to sell your fleet? Send us your equipment list and we will come back to you with an offer.
