Our commitments

What you can hold us to.

These commitments summarise our buyback terms, published in full. They apply to every supplier, from the dealer selling six machines to the leasing company clearing an entire fleet.

Paid before collection
You accept the offer, we pay, then the carrier comes. You never hand over machines against a promise of payment.

No minimum quantity
One machine or two hundred, we make an offer. For small volumes, we simply group the collection.

Priced offer within 48 hours
From receipt of your list, in working days. Our price grid is revised every quarter and sent on request.

Collection within 10 working days
Anywhere in France, within a few days in the south-west. Transport and handling at our expense, by a carrier specialised in fragile equipment.

All brands, faulty units included
Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Kyocera. Non-working machines are bought back at a reduced value — but they are bought back.

Certified data erasure, on quote
To be requested before collection: every drive is wiped with certified software as soon as it arrives, with a certificate per serial number. If you do not ask, we do not wipe the drives.

Machine-by-machine report
On arrival: counters read, tests run, consumables and faults recorded. You know exactly what arrived, machine by machine.

Never resold in France
No exceptions. Your machines go to Africa, the Middle East and Asia. We will never be the one facing you at your customer's.

  • ✓Complete machinesWith their consumables and trays. A dismantled or stripped machine loses most of its value — we still take it, but at a symbolic value.
  • ✓A contact on siteSomeone who opens the door and knows where the machines are on collection day. Our carriers handle the rest.

Office equipment dealers

You take back machines from your customers at the end of their contracts and you don't want to see them compete with your own fleet. We export without exception — they will never reappear on the French market. Collection possible directly from your customers, at the pace that suits you.

Leasing and rental companies

End of lease, regular volumes, batches coming back every month. One price grid, one contact, a monthly rhythm, and a detailed report by serial number for your asset write-offs.

Large organisations and public bodies

Fleet renewal, disposal of decommissioned equipment. Certified drive erasure on quote, with a certificate, traceability by serial number, and we respond to consultations and tenders.

A copier is also a hard drive.

It is the first question an IT department asks, and it is right to ask it: an MFP stores scanned documents, the address book, user accounts and print logs. We offer certified erasure, on quote: if you ask before collection, every drive is wiped as soon as it reaches our warehouse, before any testing. If you do not ask, we do not wipe the drives.
