Payment before collection, no minimum quantity, certified drive erasure on quote, export only. These terms apply to every supplier, from the dealer selling six machines to the leasing company clearing an entire fleet. We publish them here so that you can hold us to them.
You accept our offer, we pay, and the carrier comes afterwards. In that order, whatever the volume, whether it is our first deal or a ten-year relationship.
This is the most concrete difference between ISHARA and most brokers: the usual payment term in our trade is counted in weeks after collection. With us, the bank transfer goes out before the truck arrives.
A detailed, line-by-line offer, based on the list you sent us. No commitment until you have accepted it.
The bank transfer goes out before collection. No holdback, no balance that depends on us reselling the machines.
If the machines we receive do not match the list, we settle the difference on arrival, by credit note or top-up payment. Both ways.
We make an offer from a single machine. No threshold, no entry volume, no track record required.
We naturally look for a regular relationship, and batches close to a multiple of 32 A3 machines fill one full crate on our carrier's truck — that is what makes a collection most cost-effective. But that is our optimisation, not your entry condition: for smaller volumes, we simply group the transport with other batches.
We also adapt to your pace. Some partners send us a batch every month, others once a year, others as their contracts come to an end.
All used printing equipment, including units that no longer work.
Copiers, printers, multifunction printers (MFPs), plotters, digital production presses.
Consumables, finishers, paper trays and options. Interactive whiteboards.
Other professional electronic equipment where there is mutual interest. Just ask — we answer quickly.
Whichever suits you, we can:
Our prices apply to machines that are working — they power on and produce a copy — and complete, with no missing part or consumable. Units that do not meet these conditions are bought back at a reduced, sometimes symbolic, value. But they are bought back: a stripped or dismantled machine leaves with the batch instead of staying with you.
Our carrier specialises in handling fragile equipment, so that transport does not damage your machines. Transport and handling are at our expense.
Collection within 10 working days anywhere in France, and within a few days in the south-west. Collections outside the south-west usually run on Thursday or Friday and reach our warehouse on Monday morning.
Our carrier can also collect machines directly from your own customers and bring them to our warehouse for storage. In that case we step in for your logistics provider, and we send you a detailed report of the machines received so that you can close out the contracts you hold with those customers.
Once delivered to our warehouse in Doazit — 1,400 m², around 400 machines processed every month — every unit goes through the same sequence.
Every machine is plugged into mains power on arrival.
A copy is printed and kept as proof that the machine works.
Print counters are read and recorded, machine by machine.
Consumable wear and external condition are noted on file.
Test sheet and counter reading left on the scanner glass, ready for export inspection.
The test sheet and counter reading stay on the scanner glass as evidence of wear and testing in case of an export inspection — exporting equipment that does not work is prohibited.
Machines that fail go to the workshop for repair and return to stock once fixed. Those that cannot be repaired are kept as a source of spare parts. Once testing is complete, you receive a report for every machine, listing any unrepairable faults we found.
An MFP stores scanned documents, the address book, user accounts and print logs. It is the first question an IT department asks, and it is right to ask it.
We offer certified erasure, on quote, to be requested before collection. Every drive is then wiped as soon as the machine reaches our warehouse, using certified software, before any testing and before the machine goes back into stock.
If you do not ask, we do not wipe the drives. A request made after collection may arrive after the machine has been resold — which is why it must come before collection.

Unlike every other broker we know of, we never sell your machines in France. We know you do not want to end up competing against the equipment you entrusted to us. At a time when refurbished equipment is in strong demand, not least from public buyers, that risk is real for you — and we guarantee we will never be the cause of it.
Every machine we handle is exported: from Eastern Europe to Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. Depending on your market constraints and your commercial strategy, we narrow the list of countries concerned. On request, you get access to our database to check that we respect those limits.
