Direct from Ricoh Europe

We buy directly from Ricoh Europe's remarketing programme — machines returned at end of lease, coming from large corporations and institutions with low counters and full maintenance history.

Authorised Ricoh dealers

We work with a network of authorised Ricoh dealers in France, Spain and Italy. Every supplier is vetted — we only accept machines with traceable provenance and documented maintenance records.

Corporate & institutional upgrades

Many of our machines come from large corporations and public institutions upgrading their fleet. These copiers are often in excellent condition with low counters, having been maintained by Ricoh's own technicians.

Regular weekly supply

Our supply agreements with Ricoh Europe and key dealers ensure a consistent weekly flow of machines into our warehouse — meaning fresh stock every week for our clients.

Counter readings verified

Black and colour counter readings logged, verified and provided with every machine. Exact figures — no estimates.

Print quality test

Full A3 and A4 test prints in colour and B&W. We check for banding, streaking, colour registration and fuser quality.

Mechanical inspection

Drum condition, transfer belt, fuser unit, paper feed rollers, ADF, duplex unit and all mechanical functions checked and tested.

GDPR data wipe — KillDisk

Hard drives erased using Active@ KillDisk certified data erasure software (British HMG IS5 Enhanced, 3 passes). Every machine ships with a KillDisk erasure certificate — full traceability, zero residual data.

Network & electronic functions

Network connectivity, scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, fax, USB and all electronic functions tested and confirmed operational.

Eco packaging

Cardboard-only packaging — no plastic. Machines are palletised, insured door to port and ready for sea or air freight to any destination.
